Fulfillment and Refund Policies:  -- Please allow 3 business day for fulfillment  --  After your order is fulfilled, delivery time is dependant on carrier  --  We are happy to cancel or modify an order if it has not been processed  --  All items 'on sale' or 'discounted' are final  --  Returns or exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase, no refunds or exchanges after 30 days  --   To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unused and in the same condition received.  Items must also be in the original packaging if applicable  --  To initiate a return or exchange email:  office@letsplaymusicsite.com and include your name, order number, phone number and reason for return/exchange  --  Return labels for refund or exchanges are not provided by Let's Play Music   --  All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee  --  We will notify you via email once your order has been refunded or an exchange has been sent  --  NO refunds will be given on shipping charges  --   Note: If free shipping was provided at time of purchase, those shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount  --  Refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of Let's Play Music  --  Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund.
